14. Manage your Create & Print Account

14.1.  How do I check the status of my order?

 

Knowing the status of your order has never been this easy!

** These are the same credentials that you use when ordering products through the Create & Print Desktop Designer

  • Access Current Orders (orders that have not been completed yet – in production) and Previous Orders (orders that have been completed and dispatched);

What does my order status mean?

1.  We have not received payment for your order – please process your payment;

  • Your order has been placed on hold, as soon as we receive your proof of payment, your order will be processed;

2.  Awaiting your order files – please submit your files:

  • You completed your order form yet we have not received your order files for processing and printing:
  •  Upload your Order: An email containing steps to upload your files will be sent to you should you not upload within 24 hours. If you have not / do not receive it, please check your Spam Inbox regularly;
  • Send Order via Mail (choose this option to drop off in store): Follow the steps as per the upload reminder email. Choose Send order via Mail when presented with the two options. This will save your order files to your computer > write the order folder to a disc or external storage device and send the files to us;

3.  Processing your order…:

  • We’ve received everything we need to produce your order – your order has been sent to production;

4.  Your order has been dispatched:

  • Your order has been completed and is available for collection or has been dispatched for delivery (please allow 24 to 48 hours for delivery);

5.  Your order has been cancelled:

  • Your order has been cancelled by you or you requested us to cancel it;

6.  Your order has been completed:

  • Your order has been completed and dispatched;
  • If you would like to order an exact copy of your project, go to My Account > Previous orders > re-order option.

 

14.2.  How do I share my project with family and friends?

 

If you have placed an order online, you will be able to share a digital version of your project with friends and family. This will allow them to order their own copy of your project directly from us.

You will receive an email with your order confirmation and a link to share your project.

  • Click on ‘Current Orders’
  • Click on ‘Share’

You will now be able to share your project using over 100+ social sharing sites or via email.

14.3.  How do I order an exact copy of my project?

 

Re-ordering your project has never been easier!

Login to your Create & Print Account here or go to http://www.myprintorder.co.za

  • Click on ‘Current Orders’
  • Click on ‘Reorder’

The shopping cart will open allowing you to choose your product finish, quantity, shipping and payment options.
