| PENDING PAYMENT | We received your order yet payment is outstanding. Please make payment. Go to My Account here » Login » Locate your pending payment order » Click PAY |
| PAID | We received your order and payment. Thank you. |
| PROCESSING | We received your order and payment. It will be placed in the process queue. |
| IN PRODUCTION | Your order was processed successfully and has been placed in the production queue. |
| COMPLETED | The production of your order is complete. Quality Control in progress. |
| SHIPPED TO STORE | Your order has been shipped to your chosen store for collection. |
| COURIER | DELIVERY | Your order has been handed over to our courier partner for delivery. |
| REFUNDED | Your order has been refunded. |
