  • Your projects will only be available for editing or re-ordering for a period of 12 months from the last date saved;
  • Orms Print Room & Framing can in no way be held responsible for damage or loss of the uploaded files or for non-delivery of any product due to incorrect information given or failure by the couriers to locate and deliver the product to you. Orms Print Room & Framing is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments;
  • Orms Print Room & Framing takes no responsibility for the color of covers represented by a swatch block and description in the website as they act as a guideline only;
  • Orms Print Room & Framing reserves the right to change brands or substitute the materials used in the production of your order. Materials used in the production of your order are subject to change without prior notice. The next best alternative will be sourced and used in the case of material shortage so that the same quality standards can be maintained;
  • Orms Print Room & Framing shall not be required to produce any matter which in their opinion is illegal or defamatory or obscene and retains the right to execute orders placed;
  • Lead time is dependent on stock availability and the amount of orders in production at the time of placing your order.
